Donington Auctions is excited to announce its collaboration with Cisitalia Promotions as event naming rights sponsor for the 2019 Donington Rutherglen Classic at this year’s Motorclassica.
The Donington Rutherglen Classic takes place on the 15th and 16th February 2019 and is a weekend touring rally that evokes the grand motoring tours of yesteryear. The 2018 event was a resounding success, with participants enjoying two days of wonderful food, wine and some of the best sweeping roads Victoria has to offer.
Capitalising on the success of this year, the 2019 event is promising to be the best yet with an important array of classic cars taking part in the event. Come and join famous and revered marques such as Bugatti, Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Porsche, Lancia, Healey, Vauxhall, Renault, Ford and more.
This year’s event also includes one of the first public outings for the all new and exciting born-again Renault Alpine A110, which will be fully complimented by the entry of one of the original period ex-works Renault Alpine rally cars.
The 2019 Donington Rutherglen Classic will also feature on track action for those wishing to get more acquainted with their favourite classic, with an afternoon of time trials at Winton Motor Raceway on Friday. This event is conservatively priced at under $1,000 including entry, meals and accommodation, which is fantastic value.
